~Bloom~

A wonderful image of Bloom, although there are some things that do not follow the style. Overall, it is a very beautiful picture, however it is lacking in originality. I have seen very similar pictures before, but you received a 4.5 because the placement of the detailing was unique, even if the idea itself was already done.
The shading could use some work, seeing as there is a direct light source next to her, but the fact that there is still shading pleased me. I personally cannot draw, although I know the rules of it, and although not quite at a professional level yet, this is fabulous. I am extremely pleased with this picture, and this is why you are one of my favorite winx artists on Deviantart. Her face is beautiful, although a little expressionless, and although the picture appears to be trying for movement, the image is pretty motionless. the image feels very stationary. The best I can offer you for help with that is to look at some manga or action comics and see how in the fighting scenes the picture has a life energy almost. This is a very beautiful picture, but the lack of movement left me little impact other than its extreme beauty.
If this was not a critique, I would have given you 20 out of 20, but I believe critiques should be used to help improve art, which is why you got a 18 out of 20.
I apologize if you do not agree with my opinions, but as a fellow art lover I feel not being honest to respect your feelings would be stunting you as an artist, and I hope you can use my opinions to further yourself as an artist. I am happy to offer any tips or help to someone with your high level of skill at any time you need it, and again, this is a very beautiful piece of artwork.
